7 Ways in 7 Days To Clean Up Your Body, Brain & Business

Life can be hectic. And hectic can lead to messy, mess-ups and mayhem.

Let’s take 7 days to start getting things in order so we can make some great shifts in our health, happiness and productivity — revving up our bottom lines, while shrinking our bottoms! :)

• Learn how to optimize your time (just 17 minutes) each day to clean out, organize and refresh areas in your life that affect your business, health and relationships.

 

HERE’S WHAT YOU’RE GOING TO DO:

For the July challenge, set your timer (or Siri) for 17 minutes each day when you begin the daily challenge— that’s all it’ll take!

Imagine —If you could just pick one or two (or seven) habits to be consistent with in the next few months — habits that will have the most impact on your life — what would they be? How will they impact your life? I've chosen 7 ways to clean out the clutter and simplify your life... heck, there are way more than 7 but this is a GREAT START!

How should you start?

I often get asked this question, because people are overwhelmed when it comes to starting positive life changes. They ask me: what one or two habits should they start with?

It’s not an easy question. There are so many changes I’ve gone through, and of course it can be very individual. Here at La Rosa Wellness we are going to provide ONE FREE MONTHLY CHALLENGE.  This month we’re kick-starting in 7 different areas so you can take notice of which might need a little more loving going forward. Let's Get Real!

After you SIGN-UP, you will receive a WELCOME LETTER and a link to join the FAMILY LEVEL CHALLENGE. For the first challenge you will get a message for 7 days to tell you what you will be doing for that day. Don't worry if you fall behind, just be sure to catch up. Each time you do your daily challenge you can log in and be counted in the CHALLENGE. There are several ways to get points, you can learn more about that here.

FOR YOU EVERY MONTH! We have the FAMILY CHALLENGE, we chose this name because you are like family to us. I feel super blessed to help guide, inspire and educate you with simple strategies I have been using with clients for many, many years. As mentioned you will get information via email EACH MONTH regarding the next challenge. Some months will be only 7 days while some might be up to 30 days. Each challenge begins on the 1st of the month, starting in August.

I believe in baby-steps and not putting enormous amounts of time into tasks. It’s scientifically proven, that making incremental changes over time versus massive changes as once, will result in lifetime shifts in habits.
